Care

 

All Bohaze pieces are made of quality 925 sterling silver. Even though it is a precious metal it may slightly tarnish over time if you do not wear it, or if it is exposed to harsh chemicals. In order to give its shine back to a piece you can use the silver polishing cloth provided with your order. I recommend to remove your jewel to do activities that may damage or scratch it, such as cleaning, gardening, exercising etc, and store it in a dry place when not worn (the pouch or box provided are ideal).

 

 

 

Returns

 

I accept returns and exchanges within 7 days upon receiving.

The piece must be free of scratches and undamaged, if it shows any signs of wear the refund or exchange will be denied. Please get in contact with me via thea@bohaze.com prior to sending the piece back as I reserve the right to deny any unreasonable return or exchange.

You will be credited in full, minus all shipping costs, once I receive the piece back.

 

 

Repair

 

Each Bohaze piece is carefully handmade to last. I give a lot of importance to the quality of my production, therefore free repair is guaranteed on every piece of jewellery for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

This applies to manufacturing defects, the warranty does not cover cases where the piece has been broken, torn or scratched.

Make sure you get in contact with me before sending the piece back, repair may be denied if not.

For all repairs inquiries send a message to thea@bohaze.com with your name, the date of purchase, a photo and description of the damage. Repairs will take 3 to 4 weeks to complete and are subject to shipping charges.

 

 

Resizing

 

Please make sure you choose the right size when ordering a ring with the help of the sizing chart or by getting a free ring sizer beforehand.

I’ll happily resize your ring for free once, but the shipping costs remain at your expense. Please note this service is dependent on the ring as some of them are not resizable due to their design.

 

 

Shipping

 

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure its safe reception.

Items can be shipped worldwide.

Pieces in stock will ship out within 1 to 2 business days via post and I will provide a tracking number to you.

Shipping cost is added to the price of the item ordered, unless stated otherwise on the website.

It usually take 3 to 10 days depending on the destination - I am not responsible for any postal delays.

Please also note that shipping charges are not refundable and I do not pay for shipping, duties and taxes on any item that is returned to me.

Duties and taxes are not included at checkout as they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Bohaze isn’t associated with these fees collected at the time of delivery and the payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event an international shipment is refused by the receiver.

Custom orders

 

For custom orders, I require 50% of the price at the beginning of the design process, and the balance on completion.
